I've tried them all and this is the ONKY one that holds my large boobs up and does both pumping/nursing. And! Bonus! It's attractive and flattering! I love this bra!

I don't have a hands free pump, but I've been wanting a pumping bra that offered some kind of breast separation to reduce sweating. Even though this bra doesn't have a demi-wire, the mesh panel actually creates the separation I want and have been looking for.
I'm a 38 DDD and ordered the XL and 2XL to try both. Here is what I found:
•The 2XL fit me in the cups better, but the XL fit me better in the band. The 2XL band fit but I was on the very first eye holes and it was a tad on the loose side. The XL cups also fit me, but the mesh panel doesn't always fully cover me where the mesh stops and the bra starts.
•The flange holes are way off to the side instead of in the front where my nipples are, so I have to move my boobs way to the side to pump comfortably. This was true for the XL and 2XL. The XL flange holes were closer than the 2XL though.
•The mesh panel ribbon is in the back (toward your body). The ribbon ever so slightly irritates my skin, so I would have preferred it in the front (on the outside). I might try to hand stitch something that will keep them secured in the front.
•Both bras did a good job of keeping the flanges tight to my breasts. I've tried other bras (non-Dairy Fairy) that have lacked in this area and pumping was basically impossible because I kept losing suction.
This bra does everything I need and offers everything I want, even if not perfectly. In the end I ended up keeping the XL just because it fit me better overall.

I like that the bra can be adjusted to accommodate a wearable pump without having to change (and then redo) the regular strap settings--that little extender ribbon is genius! However I do find the mesh portion of the bra a little annoying. And though the size L says it should fit a 32 DD/DDD, I find the band ever so slightly loose even on the tightest setting. It's not unwearable for it and a little wiggle room is better than a band being too tight.
